A person's poor understanding Crescent Company's working principles may assume that some illegal activity is going on. This company has satisfactorily served a great number enterprise and still has fallen victim to unjust accusations. As with any other allegations, it is important that we get to the root of the matter and what caused this biased claims against Crescent.

The rumors were that there are problems with payment as well as the fees paid by their sales agents. Crescent's way of handling payouts may be a bit different from other service providers but in no way cheats its clients. Some just don't trust the thought of exchanging money through the wire even if all precautions were done to protect their interests.

As with every business, Crescent is keeping up with the changes that they need to do in order to be ahead of the game. This means upgrading methods of payments too, as they saw fit for the company and the clients. It is a need that not all people understand, being used to the old ways of handling things.

They have not known any other way and would choose to continue with what they have grown use to, rather than try more effective procedures. Some people may not approve of this, especially the old-fashioned ones who insist on backward methodology. You can rest assured with this method that you are not only avoiding contributing to the trash in the environment but also promoting a more storage-safe mode of bookkeeping.

Not so much as today where all are recorded in a computer wherein other computers can access to it through a network. It creates a database in a blink of an eye, and can be readily accessed from all over the world without so much of seeing one paper print of it. This also allows one to have access to his or her history of online dealings with the snap of a finger.

Additionally, one is assured that they only pay what they are really charged for, and not padded charge slips. Discrepancies can be easily detected and correcting it is just as easy. Thus you are sure that you are billed or paid exactly to the last dime.

The second rumor that threatens to mar the reputation of the company has something to do with the agent's use of Crescent's computers. Laptops are used in presentations for the sake of clients who'd like to do business with the company. This gives a much quicker way of making business electronically.

There is also a complaint where the equipments offered free to clients have been charged later on. Crescent’s edge is its free equipment offering to interested clients for their business. This is an absolutely free device provided by Crescent to the merchants as long as they continue using the company’s service.

The agents know this and yet, how did this agreement came to a bad light? The bone of contention may be that agent cannot claim ownership of the computer if he ends his contract with Crescent. It has been repeated often enough to tell people that although Crescent may charge a certain amount for the laptop, it is nothing but a guaranty from the agents.

The lack of knowledge on the situation is often the case of Crescent Processing Company complaints. This just proves that it is unavoidable to hear allegations regarding a business especially if its policies have been misunderstood. As we can see now, people who are of narrow-mind and full of suspiciousness can make baseless complaints.

Facts About Crescent Processing Company Complaints

It is unavoidable to hear some negative side regarding a business especially if its policies have been misunderstood. Verily, it is very easy to believe the accusations of dishonesty especially if these people didn't know a thing or two about the real score. Before accepting accusations or complaints, it is best to investigate the story to see if these claims are even true.

Every person that signs up as a sales representative for Crescent will receive a free Dell laptop. Salespeople know that it is an important device to effectively promote the business. Moreover, they use this to document the particulars of the meeting with the parties that may avail of the company's services.

It also allows for faster processing of transactions that have pushed through. However, these marketers need to present an upfront fee of 0 prior the receipt of the said device. Although it is true that 0 is asked from the agents, it is not meant as payment for the computer.

Independent agents should use these laptops, and may not conduct presentations or process transaction on their own device. It has been made clear from the start that a Crescent representative is forbidden from using their own electronic devices for presentations and documentations. This amount will be deducted on the first few sales that the sales agent earns.

Yet, some still allege that it is to pay for the Dell device. As said before, 0 is used as a guarantee for the use of the device. Any agent who wishes to terminate the contract with Crescent will receive the 0 back in full.

One bone of contention for many are the list of prospective clients that are given to agents. Every new sales agent is provided with a list of sales leads that he is expected to meet or visit. All the leads are valid appointments that should be confirmed twice and Crescent sets up the meeting between the agent and business owner.

What's wrong with this is that these leads are ineffectual. However, what they don’t understand is that the leads are only a mere meet-up and that it is their responsibility as sales agents to market the product and sell it. While the company does give leads, it is always up to the agent to close the sale.

The giving of sales leads can be considered as an extra mile for the company to help agents get a deal. In such situations, the agents look for their own leads. To be honest about it, Crescent has put a lot of effort in helping these agents get the head start that they need.

It is unfair to accuse the company that they are pinching funds from businesses. As with online transactions, it is important to check and double check the identity of both buyer and seller. Thus, it coordinates with the concerned seller to validate if there was indeed a transaction between the two.

Simply put, what had happened are just the results of some people's over reactions and overactive imagination regarding Crescent's way of handling the business. The allegations coming from false information are simply not true. Misunderstanding, without taking time and effort to clarify things can indeed do a certain amount of damage to the reputation of the company.
