Moreover, they use this to document the particulars of the meeting with the parties that may avail of the company's services.

It also allows for faster processing of transactions that have pushed through. However, these marketers need to present an upfront fee of 0 prior the receipt of the said device. Although it is true that 0 is asked from the agents, it is not meant as payment for the computer.

Independent agents should use these laptops, and may not conduct presentations or process transaction on their own device. This amount will be deducted on the first few sales that the sales agent earns.

The giving of sales leads can be considered as an extra mile for the company to help agents get a deal. In such situations, the agents look for their own leads. To be honest about it, Crescent has put a lot of effort in helping these agents get the head start that they need.

It is unfair to accuse the company that they are pinching funds from businesses. As with online transactions, it is important to check and double check the identity of both buyer and seller. Thus, it coordinates with the concerned seller to validate if there was indeed a transaction between the two.

Simply put, what had happened are just the results of some people's over reactions and overactive imagination regarding Crescent's way of handling the business. The allegations coming from false information are simply not true. Misunderstanding, without taking time and effort to clarify things can indeed do a certain amount of damage to the reputation of the company.
